The MHD115C-058-NG0-BA is an industrial synchronous motor designed by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat to serve as a reliable source of kinetic energy for industrial production and processing systems. This electrical motor is designed according to the international quality standards, meets the IP65 protection class and can operate smoothly in industrial conditions considered unfavorable for convectional industrial devices. The MHD115C-058-NG0-BA industrial synchronous motor is a brushless motor, this brushless design allows it to operate with a higher operational reliability, reduced noise and higher operational efficiency. This industrial motor can also undergo continuous start stop operation at a high repeat frequency. The motor is supplied with a flange design according to DIN 42948, this flange helps industrial operator to easily attach the motor to any part of the industrial machine.
The MHD115C-058-NG0-BA industrial synchronous motor features special grease-lubricated ball bearings which are integrated at the motor’s output shaft, these ball bearings are designed to reduce the frictional heat generated in the motor during operation, allowing the motor to operate with much more fluidity and accuracy. The ball bearings integrated into this motor have a service life of about 30,000 hours, however over loading the motor can cause a significant reduction in this time.
The MHD115C-058-NG0-BA industrial synchronous motor operates with a rated input current of 18.0 amperes, at this current, the motor rotates at a rated speed of 2000 revolutions per minute and generates a rated torque of about 37.5 newton meters.
