Product Description
The extensive functionality of the servo motors in the MHD series makes them well-suited for applications in different industries. They are permanent magnet synchronous motors that can be combined with digital intelligent drive controllers to produce rapid-response automation systems. They have high-performance data and are designed with low inertia masses. They are used in the operations of handling and automation systems and food processing machines.
The MHD115C-035-PG0-BA is a motor of the MHD synchronous servo motor series by Bosch Rexroth. It has a 192mm flange size and a centering diameter of 180mm. It is equipped with bearings that are well-suited for high radial loads, thereby ensuring that the overhung mounting of pinions and belt pulleys is possible. It also has a brushless design, and this makes it a maintenance-free motor with high operational reliability. The encoder system of the motor is digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, and it has a system accuracy of +/- 0.5 angular minutes. It uses the optical method for its function and detects the absolute indirect position within 4,096 motor revolutions.
A temperature monitoring system in the MHD115C-035-PG0-BA protects it from damage due to thermal overload. The heat generated during its operation is also effectively transferred to the outside walls of its housing from its stator windings and this gives the motor a high overload capability. The nominal speed of this motor is 3,000 revolutions per minute, and its maximum theoretical torque is 231Nm. It has 4 pole pairs and at 20oC, its torque constant and voltage constant values are 1.31Nm/A and 113.8 V/1000min-1, respectively. It belongs to the IP 65 protection category.
