Product Description
Rexroth Indramat is a producer of the MHD synchronous motor series. These motors are available with either absolute position detector or relative position detector. The motors in the MHD series are designed according to design B05. The permissible installation types of these motors include IM V3, IM B5, and IM V1. These motors are supplied optionally with radial or axial blowers. MHD synchronous motors should not be used in applications which are subject to shock loads that occur as a result of presses, punches, or even loading portals.
The setup elevation of the MHD motors ranges within 0 m and 1000 m above the sea level. Furthermore, they can be operated under conditions such as transverse motor axis as per Class 3M6 and longitudinal motor axis as per Class 3M1in weather-resistant environments as well as stationary positions. The supply of power in these motors is through the flange sockets with bayonet catch (INS0380 and INS0480) or screwed connection (INS0680).
The MHD115C-024-PG1-AA motor has a peak current of 98.0 amperes. Its torque constant and voltage constant at 20 degrees Celsius are 1.65 Nm/A and 150.0 V/100 min respectively. This motor weighs 30.0 kilograms and has four pole pairs. The rated speed and rated frequency of this motor are 2000 min and 133 Hz respectively. The MHD115C-024-PG1-AA motor has a maximum speed of 4000 min and a class of insulation of F. This MHD synchronous motor is protected according to IP 65 degree of protection. The housing of this motor is totally sealed and is painted with prime coat black. It is recommended for this motor to be transported at a temperature that is about -20 to +80 degrees Celsius. The MHD115C-024-PG1-AA can be shipped to any address globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
