Product Description
The MHD synchronous motors are a family of sophisticated servo motors produced by Bosch Rexroth to perform a wide range of functions. These MHD motors are combined with efficient drive controllers built by Bosch Rexroth to create the finest automation systems. They are commonly used in machine tools, handling and automation systems, food and packaging machines, and so on.
The MHD115B-024-PG1-AA is an MHD motor with a frame size of 115 and winding code 024. Like other units in this series, it has high-performance data. Due to its bearings being built for high radial loads, this motor allows the direct mounting of pinions and belt pulleys in a suspended fashion. It also features electronic commutation; hence, it may be used in continuous start-stop operations with a high rate of repetition. This motor is constructed in a fashion that allows natural convection and surface cooling to function as ideal methods of cooling. It is compatible with the planetary gearing of the GTS, GTP, and GTM series, while its motor encoder is digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder.
At standstill, the MHD115B-024-PG1-AA has a continuous torque of 50.0Nm, and its Side A is designed to aid connection to power. The motor is also equipped with a 70Nm holding brake, which is electrically released to clamp its axis when a machine is in a de-energized state. It weighs 40kg and can be easily installed in any position desired. For storage, it is best kept in a clean, dry place with a minimum temperature of -20°C and not higher than +80°C. In addition, it can also be connected to all axial and radial blower units designed for MHD115 motors.
