The MHD115A-058-PP1-BA is designed for installation in small spaces where there is insufficient space available for heavy duty motors. There is a significant amount of torque output available at the motor's output shaft at various speeds. This is because highly powerful permanent magnets are used in the construction of this motor. The magnets are able to produce a high energy density due to increased magnetic flux that allows a stable torque production even as the rotor's speed is changing. This motor’s performance data is provided for overtemperature of 60K and 100K. The motor’s rated speed is 2000 rpm at both these overtemperature and the top speed is 6000 rpm. The most optimum ambient air temperature for using this model is between 0 °C to 40 °C.
