This industrial motor is designed to represent a new motor standard as it combines old motor designed with novel technological innovations. The sophisticated design of this industrial motor allows it to maintain operational efficiency of about 95 percent under normal operating conditions; it also allows it to operate smoothly in harsh industrial conditions such as potentially explosive areas and mining regions. The MHD115A-058-PP0-BN is also renowned for its ability to undergo continuous start-stop operations at a high repeat frequency. Before this industrial motor is sent to the user, it is tested and certified to operate according to the instructions in its documentation; it is also fitted with a type label containing important information that can be used to identify the motor as soon as it is delivered.
At a motor surface overtemperature of 60 kelvin, the rated input current used by this industrial motor for operation is about 5.7 amperes, while the rated power output of the motor is about 1.8 kilowatts.
