Product Description
The MHD servo motors produce highly functional rapid-response automation systems when they are combined with the intelligent drive controllers from Indramat. They are permanent magnet motors with high overload capability and integrated thermal sensors that detect unfavorable temperature conditions. These innovative servo motors are used in machine tools, handling and automation systems, packaging and food processing machines, and printing and paper processing industries.
The MHD112D-027-NP0-LN is a synchronous servo motor model in the MHD series by Bosch Rexroth. This motor is made from permanent magnet materials that endow it with a low inertia mass. As a result, it has a suitable torque to inertia mass ratio for operations requiring high dynamics. Its flange size is 192mm, and its centering diameter is 130mm, while its winding code is indicated as 027. The bearings of this MHD motor are designed for high radial loads; hence they support the direct overhung mounting of pulleys and pinions. Also, they remain lubricated throughout their service life, allowing the motor to be operated maintenance-free.
The characteristic motor speed of the MHD112D-027-NP0-LN is 3,000 revolutions per minute. It has four pole pairs and a theoretical maximum torque of 187.0Nm. Equipped with digital servo feedback, the drive controller of this motor can accurately control its speed and position. The encoder uses optical measurement and has a system accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes. Based on the EN 60529 requirement, the Ingress Protection rating of this motor is IP 65. This means that the motor is touch-proof, dust-proof, and cannot be penetrated by sprays from water jets. It requires a maximum ambient temperature of 40oC and a maximum setup height of 1000m.
