Product Description
Bosch Rexroth's MHD synchronous motors are versatile, ultra-modern devices. Combined with Indramat digital drive controllers, they form the finest automation systems. They are employed in mechanical systems such as printing and paper industries, handling and automation systems, food and packaging machines, and machine tools. These motors are also characterized by the electronic commutation feature and high operational reliability.
The MHD112D-027-NG3-AN is a model of the MHD series by Bosch Rexroth. It has a flange size of 192mm and a centering diameter of 130mm. The motor encoder available on this product is the digital feedback encoder. It controls the motor's speed and detects its position using the optical measuring principle. Also, the data stored by the encoder enables its smooth adaptation to the drive controller. Electronic commutation in this motor allows it to be used for continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. Its brushless design and lifelong-lubricated bearings make it suitable for maintenance-free use. It also has a characteristic speed of 1000 revolutions per minute and belongs to the IP 65 protection category.
The output shaft of the MHD112D-027-NG3-AN is a plain shaft with a sealing ring for the attachment of drive elements. It is completely sealed and can be operated under adverse environmental conditions. Also, its Side A is designated for its power connections. The motor has a 70Nm holding brake, employed to clamp the motor axis when the machine is disconnected from power. It can be easily mounted in any desired position and is coated with a prime black coat that is highly resistant to coloring, weathering, chalking, and diluted lyes. Heat dissipation from the motor is achieved through natural convection or surface cooling.
