Product Description
Bosch Rexroth's MHD synchronous motors represent an ultra-modern set of AC servo motors. Their features include high operation reliability, easy cabling, high-performance data, and so on. When integrated with the digital drive controllers designed by Bosch Rexroth, they create an excellent automatization system with a wide range of applications. These applications include printing and paper-processing machines, packaging and food-processing machines, automation and handling systems, and machine tools.
The MHD112C-035-PG3-BN is part of MHD class 112 with four-pole pairs. At 20° C, it presents a torque constant of 119.1 V/1000 min⁻¹ and a voltage constant of 1.37 Nm/A. This MHD motor can be easily installed in any position. Also, with the availability of a favorable ratio of torque to inertia mass, it is suited to highly dynamic operations. In addition, it exhibits electronic commutation, thereby is suitable for constant start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. Additionally, heat is dissipated via natural convection or surface cooling due to its housing design. This servomotor is compatible with radial or axial blowers. These blowers can be ordered separately or attached to the motor.
The MHD112C-035-PG3-BN is housed in a black prime coat that protects the device from damage induced by weather, acid, chalking, etc. The INS0680 and INS0481 are the ideal flange socket and connector suited to this device. The motor has an output shaft with a keyway and a 70 Nm holding brake. Meanwhile, it presents digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder. Also, this motor weighs 45 kg and requires a temperature of 45° C or less to function properly. In addition, it offers a protection degree of IP 65, meaning that it is protected from harm by dust ingress or water penetration.
