Product Description
The Bosch MHD112C-035-NG3-BN is a synchronous servo motor. The 192 millimeter motor flange has four holes. The diameter of each of these holes is 14 millimeters. The motor is mounted by using appropriately sized screws through these four holes. The centering diameter of the MHD112C-035-NG3-BN motor is 130 millimeters. The motor supports integrated digital servo feedback. Through this feature that motor shares feedback with the drive controller. The controller ensures that motor parameters – such as speed and position - remain in line with programmed parameters values. A servo motor and servo controller form an effective drive system that provides highly accurate closed loop control. Depending on requirements, either natural convection or surface cooling can be used for motor cooling. With natural convection at 60K overtemperature, the continuous torque and current at standstill are 38 Nm and 31 Amps.
With natural convection at 100K overtemperature, the continuous torque and current at standstill are 43.5 Nm and 38.1 Amps. With surface cooling at 60/100K overtemperature, the continuous torque and current at standstill are 57 Nm and 46.5 Amps. The peak motor current is 139.5 Amps. The maximum theoretical motor torque is 148 Nm. The rated speed of the MHD112C-035-NG3-BN motor is 2500 RPM and the maximum speed is 4000 RPM. The recommended ambient conditions for motor operation are 0 to 40 degrees Celsius temperature and 0 to 3300 feet altitude. The main motor shaft is plain and includes a sealing ring. The motor power connector is on side B. The specifications for the holding brake are 70 Nm holding torque, 24 Volts rated voltage, 1.29 Amps rated current, 53 milliseconds connection time and 97 milliseconds disconnection time. The mass of the motor holding brake is approximately 3.8 kilograms.
