Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth MHD synchronous motors are permanent-magnet engines that exhibit electronic commutation. With the inclusion of unique magnet pieces, these motors are set up to have low inertia masses. When combined with the efficient drive controllers produced by Bosch Rexroth, the MHD synchronous motors can be used in various applications. This includes food and packaging machines, Handling and automation machinery, printing and paper factories, and machine tools.
The MHD112C-024-PG0-RN is a magnet motor in the MHD112 motor series. It presents a characteristic motor speed of 2000 min-1. Typical of other MHD motors, it possesses intriguing features such as high-performance data, high dynamics, high capability overload, and so on. It has a winding code of 024 and a flange size and centering diameter of 192 mm and 130 mm, respectively. It is equipped with digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder. This allows for absolute position detection on the motor. However, this magnet motor is without a holding brake. For connecting the machine elements driven to the machine shaft, this motor has a plain output shaft which comes with a shaft sealing ring. This driven shaft permits backlash-free and non-transmission of the torque.
The MHD112C-024-PG0-RN has its power connector to the right. Its motor housing design is suited for natural convection and surface cooling. It offers a protection degree of IP 65. Hence, it is protected against dust ingress and water penetration from low-pressure water jets. It must be kept within a temperature range of -20 to +80° C for storage or transit conditions. A conducive temperature of 40° C or less is needed for efficient operations when in use.
