Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is the brain behind the powerful MHD series of servo motors. The motors in this series are permanent magnet motors with various product advantages. When connected to the intelligent digital drive controllers also by Bosch Rexroth, they are used to build economic automation systems. These systems are used in machine tools, food processing systems, handling, and automation systems.
The MHD112C-024-NP3-BN is a synchronous servo motor in the MHD series. It is a model with a flange size of 192mm and a centering diameter of 130mm. Its brushless design and use of bearings that remain lubricated for the length of their service life make it a maintenance-free motor. It is equipped with temperature sensors that protect it from thermal overload and has a high overload capability due to the energy-efficient transfer of heat from its stator windings to the outside wall of the housing. All these features make it a servo motor with a high operational reliability. It can also be cooled by natural cooling or surface cooling.
Electronic commutation on the MHD112C-024-NP3-BN allows its peak torque of 148.0Nm to be utilized across a wide speed range. Its nominal speed rating is 2,500 revolutions per minute, and its maximum speed is 4,000 revolutions per minute. It has 4 pole pairs and a winding inductivity of 6.7mH. Its output shaft is one with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1 and radial shaft sealing rings according to DIN 3760 - Design A. It also has a holding brake of 70Nm holding torque. This holding brake requires a rated voltage of 24V DC with an allowance of +/- 10% and a rated current of 1.29A.
