Product Description
The MHD series of AC synchronous servomotors are made by Rexroth Bosch Indramat, a company in the field of electric drives, motors and automation equipment manufacturing. The MHD112C-024-NG0-BN is one of the large sized MHD motors, with a larger-than-average torque generation capacity, increased ruggedness and loading capacity.
It is designed in a standard fashion, black coated (prime coat; RAL 9005), and weights 45kg. This puts this motor in the heavy category; however, with a corresponding performance. It can produce a continuous torque of 38Nm at standstill, 16.6Nm at continuous operation (i.e. at varying speeds up to the maximum speed), and a maximum of 148Nm for short bursts of operation (max. 400ms). The nominal operating speed for this motor is at 2500min-1, but it can clock up to 4000min-1 at a maximum current of 120A.
Under nominal operating condition, it can allow currents of 8.2A and a terminal voltage of 372V. Regular operation within these limits would avoid housing and winding overtemperature, which can significantly impair the motor’s lifespan and performance. In terms of sizing: it has a flange size of 192mm and a centering diameter of 130mm. The motor is 458mm long and has a plain type of shaft. There is no holding brake option for this motor, but the shaft comes with sealing rings. A digital servo feedback for improving positional accuracy is included, and the output is through its electrical connectors installed on the ‘B-side’ with each being 2700 rotatable in opposite directions. The specifications above are for the natural convection cooled type, and under the 60k overtemperature performance criteria; The surface cooled model offers a slightly higher performance capacity. The MHD112C-024-NG0-BN is designed to reflect the latest state of technology and optimized for a long lifespan. The MHD112C-024-NG0-BN can be shipped to any address globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
