The MHD112B-048-NG0-LN model is a highly efficient synchronous motor with the IP65 protection category. The motor is completely protected against dust particles and liquids. It provides high functional stability under adverse operating conditions. The MHD112 synchronous motor can be stored under the surrounding temperature range of -20 to +80 degree Celsius, and it can be installed in a vibration-free environment under the maximum allowable altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. The synchronous motor is not equipped with any holding brake and a left-side power connector is placed at the top of the motor. Only company-recommended power cables and controllers are suggested to be used with this MHD motor. The motor consumes 227 – 236 V AC power to generate the continuous torque of 7.7 – 18.1 Nm (at natural cooling mode) and the 251 V of rated voltage is consumed to deliver the rated power of 30.6 Nm (at surface cooling mode). In a surface cooling mode, a blower unit is attached to the motor to maintain its ambient temperature. The blower unit can be attached axially or radially.
