The MHD112B-035-PP2-AN model is a synchronous motor designed to develop a rapid-response drive system. The motor provides high operational reliability and high efficiency under extreme working conditions. Due to its IP65 protections standard, the motor can operate under adverse climatic conditions. The MHD112 synchronous motor is completely secured against ingress of dust and low-pressure water jets. The model delivers high torque and can be attached to the industrial machinery in any permissible mounting position. The installation positions of the motor are IMV1, IMV3, and IMB5. The motor is engineered to operate at the rated speed of 2500 rpm, and it can generate the constant torque of 13.5 – 33.1 Nm. The MHD112 synchronous motor can generate the continuous torque of 28 – 42 Nm while drawing the rated current of 26 – 39 A, at a standstill position. Under normal conditions, the motor delivers 4.2 – 8 kW of power while operating at the constant voltage of 280 – 294 V during natural convection mode. During surface cooling mode, the motor consumes 307 VAC of input power while generating the rated power of 10.1 kW.
The model MHD112B-035-PP2-AN comes with an A-side power connector and a 32 Nm holding brake is used in this motor to hold the servo axis at a standstill position during deceleration mode. For absolute position detection, the motor is equipped with digital servo feedback and a multiturn encoder is also placed in this model. The motor delivers 13.5 – 33.1 Nm of continuous torque through its shaft with keyways.
