Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides cost-effective and reliable services in technological advancement. The company is well-esteemed owing to its MHD synchronous motors, servo drives, and a broad power spectrum in control sections.
The MHD112B-035-PP0-LN model is a synchronous motor of a digital intelligent drive system specially designed to deliver continuous power under extreme conditions. The motor is engineered to operate ideally with a digital intelligent drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat. Some of the basic applications of MHD112 synchronous motor are machine tools, mounting systems, robotics, and printing machines. The rated input power of 280 – 307 V is required to operate the motor at the rated speed of 2500 rpm while delivering the rated power of 4.2 – 10.1 kW. The MHD112 synchronous motor operates at both natural and surface cooling modes. During normal operating conditions, the motor uses surrounding air to maintain its ambient temperature whereas, a blower unit is required while operating under extreme operating conditions. The blower unit can be attached axially/radially. The ideal operating frequency of the synchronous motor is 167 Hz, and the motor consumes 8.9 – 21.7 A of continuous current to generate the rated torque of 13.5 – 33.1 Nm, at a standstill position.
The model MHD112B-035-PP0-LN does not have any holding brake and it has 4 pole pairs that generate the winding inductivity of 5.5 mH. A shaft with a feather key is installed in this model for the keyed transmission of torque at the constant direction. For absolute position detection, a multiturn absolute encoder with digital servo feedback is used in this MHD synchronous motor. The ideal working conditions for this MHD motor are 0 – 40 degree operating temperature range, 1000 MSL maximum installation altitude, and the relative humidity range of 90%. According to the MHD user manual, the protection category of the motor is IP65, and it has a left-side power connector.
