Product Description
Designed for simple installation and extensive functionality, the servo motors of the MHD series by Bosch Rexroth are the ideal motors for various fields of application. They are powerful devices that can be used to develop safe and cost-effective automation systems, particularly when combined with the digital intelligent drive controllers from Indramat. These are used in machine tools, handling and automation systems, and printing and paper processing machines, food processing machines
The MHD112A-035-NP0-BN is a servo motor in the Bosch Rexroth MHD series. It is a motor of 192mm and 130mm centering diameter. It has high operational reliability and operates maintenance-free with its brushless design and lifetime-lubricated bearings. The bearings are designed for high radial loads and permit the overhung mounting of pinions and belt pulleys. When the motor is operated within limits specified for radial and axial loads, its bearings have a service life of 30,000 hours. The motor encoder of this MHD model is digital servo feedback, and its primary function is the detection of the motor’s indirect position. It has a system accuracy of +/- 0.5 angular minutes and works with the optical measurement method.
Electronic commutation is a feature of the MHD112A-035-NP0-BN that allows its peak torque to be utilized at different speeds. Its rated speed is 2,000 revolutions per minute, but it can attain a maximum speed of 4,000 revolutions per minute. Its rotor is built with special permanent magnet materials that give the motor low inertia masses. The torque-to-inertia-mass ratio is beneficial for high dynamics operations, and it has a high overload capability thanks to the effective transfer of heat from its stator windings.
