Product Description
Bosch is a well-known organization for those interested in the principles of modern technology. The quality and value of Rexroth synchronous motors, drive controllers, and components are exceptional.
The MHD112A-024-PG1-BN model is powered by a 220 V input voltage via the power connection on the B side of the enclosure. The user handbook that comes with the motor clearly labels the sides of the motor as well as the location of the power connector. The model features a motor size of 112 and a motor length of C, as well as a holding brake that weighs 1.1 kilos and has connection and disconnection times of 25 and 50 milliseconds, respectively. The MHD112A synchronous motor has a moment of inertia of kgm2 and produces a maximum theoretical torque of 54 Nm while drawing 59 A at its peak. The model has a smooth running plain output shaft with a friction-locked shaft-hub connection. For complete operation, the motor must be used in accordance with the standards and environmental conditions described in the user handbook, and it has an additional protective coating of black paint with a layer thickness of less than 40 µm. For motor control and tracking, additional sensors and actuators may be necessary, and the MHD112A synchronous motor includes an inbuilt multiturn absolute encoder.
The model MHD112A-024-PG1-BN during surface cooling generates 6.4 kW of power and 19.4 Nm of continuous torque with a current and voltage usage of 12A and 355 volts, respectively. The model can revolve at a rated speed of 2500 RPM and a rated frequency of 167 Hz under natural cooling. The thermal time constant of the motor (MHD112A-024-PG1-BN) is expected to range between 20 and 40 minutes depending on the heat technique employed during operation.
