The MHD112A-024-NP0-AN is a highly advanced industrial motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to aid industrial production operations by supplying industrial machines with the kinetic energy they require for optimum operation. This motor is a brushless motor, which means it operates with a higher degree of efficiency and reduced noise; the MHD112A-024-NP0-AN industrial synchronous motor also operates with electronic commutation that allows it to undergo continuous start-stop operations at a high repeat frequency. This electrical commutation also allows this industrial motor to generate a peak torque that is utilizable over a broad speed range. The MHD112A-024-NP0-AN contains special grease-lubricated ball bearings, which help to regulate the heat generated at the motor’s output shaft when the motor is not in operation.
The MHD112A-024-NP0-AN industrial motor rotates at a nominal speed of 2500 revolutions per minute; however, at a maximum input current of 59 amperes, this motor can generate a continuous output torque of 54-newton meters and reach a rotational speed as high as 4000 revolutions per minute.
