Product Description
The creation of highly functional automation systems using Bosch Rexroth products is a feat that can easily be achieved using the digital intelligent drive controllers and the MHD series of synchronous motors. These synchronous motors display a high degree of operational reliability and can be used for operations involving machine tools, paper processing and printing machines, handling and automation systems, and food processing and packaging machines.
The MHD095C-024-PP1-BN is an MHD servo motor model with a frame size of 095 and a frame length C. It features a rotor made from special permanent magnet materials that give it its low inertia mass and a torque to inertia-mass ratio that is ideal for high dynamics operations. It is also equipped with a digital servo feedback system with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder that uses the optical measurement method to detect the motor’s position. The encoder detects the absolute indirect position of the motor within 4,096 motor revolutions and has a system accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes. An added benefit of this encoder system is its data memory that allows the safe syncing of the motor to its drive controller and ensures its quick and easy startup.
The rotor of the MHD095C-024-PP1-BN has a moment of inertia of 61.3 x 10-4 kgm2. The motor has a theoretical maximum torque of 88.0Nm and can reach a top speed of 4,500 revolutions per minute. It is equipped with 4 pole pairs and bearings that stay lubricated throughout their operational lifetime. Its output shaft is one with a shaft sealing ring and key according to DIN 6885-1, while its holding brake has a torque of 22Nm.
