The MHD093C-058-PG1-BN model includes a 24 V direct current clamping brake that provides 22 Nm of clamping torque while experiencing 0.71 A of rated current. The MHD093 synchronous motor when used in conjunction with Bosch Rexroth's digital intelligent drive controller provides cost-effective automation systems with substantial capabilities for different disciplines such as machine tools, handling systems, and packaging machines. With a 60/100-K increase in motor temperature, the model with the natural cooling method gives a continual torque of 23 to 28 Nm while trying to draw a constant current of 28.3 to 34.5 A. This MHD093 synchronous motor has an embedded multiturn optical encoder with digital servo feedback for absolute position identification. Because of its brushless architecture and IP65 protection rating, the model has high performance dependability.
