The MHD093C-058-NP1-BA is a state-of-the-art industrial synchronous motor manufactured by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat that serves as a reliable source of kinetic energy for industrial production and processing operation. This motor is unlike a conventional motor as it contains a high metal content; it is also flexible in its operation and can meet the operation requirements of a wide range of industrial production and processing machines such as food processing machines, paper converting machines, metal forming machines and lots more. This synchronous motor is very easy and safe to operate, configure and install; however, to protect the integrity of the motor, these operations should be carried out according to the instructions stated in the documentation of the controller.
The MHD093C-058-NP1-BA industrial motor contains an internal encoder that monitors the physical operation of the motor and converts these physical operations into a digital signal, which the drive controller understands and can use to correct the deviation of the motor from the pre-determined parameters. The operation of this industrial motor leads to the generation of an electromagnetic field which can affect the operation of important medical devices such as metal implants, hearing aids, and cardiac pacemakers. To ensure industrial safety, persons wearing any of these sensitive devices should not be allowed to move near the industrial motor. The rated current required by this motor is about 6.9 amperes; at this current, the motor generates an output torque of about 7.9-newton meters while rotating at a speed of about 2000 revolutions per minute.
The permissible ambient temperature for the operation of this industrial motor falls between 0 to about 45 degrees Celsius; if the motor is not required for immediate operation, it can be stored at an ambient temperature that is as high as 75 degrees Celsius.
