Product Description
The MHD093C-035-PP0-AN motor must be transported from one place to another only after considering the weight of its components and taking appropriate measures. Shock absorption supports should be used for the Bosch Rexroth offering if there are chances of strong vibration. The mounting must be done only in a clean and dry environment. All the required test and measuring equipment, auxiliary materials and tools should be kept ready and easily accessible before starting the mounting process. The device has a rated torque of 9.1Nm, a performance of 2.9kW and a current of 5.2kW when it is used at 60K and cooled by means of natural convection.
The synchronous motor should be stored and transported between -20°C and 80°C. The device is equipped with a keyway shaft that complies with DIN 6885-1 specifications. The shaft also has a shaft sealing ring. The holder for the flange of the device must not have any burr during the mounting process. The flange should be tightened using four M10 screws that have a tightening torque of 51Nm. The product complies with the B5 design according to DIN 42 950 specifications. The plug connectors of the motor should be tightened securely during operation. These connectors must always be disconnected and connected only in the de-energized and dry state.
The MHD series motor does not have any holding brake. The housing is designed to support cooling through liquid cooling or natural convection. If liquid cooling is opted, precautionary measures must be taken to ensure that there is no short circuit due to lubricant or liquid coolant as it can result in physical damage. The power connector should be fitted onto the bayonet lock in the connector housing in the right position. The synchronous motor comes with a one-year warranty and can be delivered globally to any destination.
