Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is not a new name in the drive market. This legendary drive and motion control giant has a proud legacy that has been existing for several years, with innovation and quality as its hallmarks. This proves why manufacturers use new products by the company in different countries of the world. One of the lines of such products is the MHD series of motors. They are powerful, permanent-magnet servo motors with low inertia.
The MHD093C-035-PG1-RN is an MHD synchronous motor model by Bosch Rexroth. It is a maintenance-free servo motor with a brushless design and bearings that remain grease-lubricated throughout its service life. As long as the motor is operated within the prescribed limits for axial and radial loads, the bearings have a nominal service life of 30,000 operating hours. The motor is also built with electronic commutation that allows its peak torque value of 88.0Nm to be utilized across a wide range of speeds. Its output shaft is plain with a shaft sealing ring, and it is equipped with a holding brake of 22Nm holding torque.
To prolong the service life of the MHD093C-035-PG1-RN, the motor is completely enclosed in housing with an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65. This means that it is entirely impermeable to dust and water jets and is resistant to shock. The housing design permits heat dissipation from the motor by natural convection or liquid cooling. It is also coated with a black prime coat in a/w 9005 RAL that is highly resistant against coloring, chalking, diluted acids, and diluted lyes. In addition, its compact design permits its installation in multiple positions as desired by the user.
