Product Description
Bosch Rexroth has survived through decades of technological advancements in the global drive and motion control industry. This is possible because of the drive to continually provide users with multiple effective options for all their work. The MHD permanent-magnet motors, designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, feature the most recent technological advancements in this field. They are not only future-proof, but they are also highly reliable and run maintenance-free with features such as their brushless design and lifetime-lubricated bearings.
The MHD093C-035-PG1-LA by Bosch Rexroth is a synchronous motor in the MHD series. It is built with permanent magnet materials that make it a low-inertia motor with electrical commutation. Electrical commutation is responsible for the motor being ideal for extreme loads, as seen in continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies. Using digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, it achieves speed and position control. Its centering diameter is 130 mm, and its nominal speed is 2,500 revs/minute. The maximum torque generated by the machine is 88.0 Nm, and it has 4 pole pairs.
The coating of the MHD093C-035-PG1-LA is a protective prime coat black in a/w RAL 9005. It offers motor resistance against dangerous factors like the weather, coloring, chalking, diluted acids, and diluted lyes. Temperature sensors also protect it from harmful overload conditions while its housing keeps it dust-proof, shock-proof, and waterproof with its IP 65 rating. To promote ease of use, Bosch Rexroth has designed this motor so that it can be installed in any position as desired by the user. In addition, cabling is highly simplified, with multiple cable sets that can be obtained in different designs.
