Product Description
With an engineering legacy of several years, Bosch Rexroth is the brand that every innovative manufacturer should trust for intelligent and efficient automation solutions. This company is the brain behind the powerful servo motors of the MHD series. These are highly reliable servo motors suitable for high-dynamics operations and safe use even in adverse environmental conditions. They also support continuous start-stop operations with high repeat frequencies as they feature electrical commutation.
The MHD093C-035-PG1-BN/S020 is one of the permanent magnet synchronous motors in the MHD family of servo motors by Bosch Rexroth. It is a low-inertia motor with a maximum flange size of 150mm and a 130mm centering diameter. Using digital servo feedback (HSF) with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder, it detects the absolute position of the motor and provides relevant signals to the drive controller. These signals are used to control the motor speed and its position. It is equipped with a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring, and a holding brake whose holding torque value is 22 Nm. The servo motor has a rated speed value of 2,500 revs per minute and can reach a maximum speed of 4,500 revs per minute.
The compact build of the MHD093C-035-PG1-BN/S020 allows it to assume multiple installation positions. Its bearings remain lubricated throughout their service life of L10h = 30,000 operating hours, provided the motor is operated within the specified limits. It also features a brushless design which enhances its maintenance-free function. Its cooling is by natural convection, which is suitable for when the motor is subjected to extreme loads. In addition, this cooling mechanism is also supported by the housing design of the motor.
