This motor is designed by highly trained engineers under appropriate operating conditions; it features a durable housing unit that is properly structured to allow for the direct installation of the motor without the need for an external control cabinet. This motor is specially designed to be extremely safe for industrial application; special warning signs and symbols are inscribed on the housing of the controller to provide industrial operators with information about specific parts of the motor that require special attention during operation. The MHD093B-058-PG0-AN industrial synchronous motor is a permanent magnet excited motor; it also features a brushless design which allows it to operate with reduced noise and high torque to mass ratio.
The MHD093B-058-PG0-AN industrial motor has a very high service life; however, this can be significantly reduced by the operation of the motor in unfavourable industrial conditions or the overloading of the shaft of the motor. This industrial motor rotates at a characteristic speed of about 4000 revolutions per minute while drawing a continuous current of about 30 amperes from the drive controller, however as a peak current of about 101.2 amperes, this industrial motor can reach a speed of about 6000 revolutions per minute.
This industrial motor requires two major types of cable for effective connection to the drive controller; the power cable and the motor feedback cable; these cables must be separated from each other during wiring to prevent electrical interference. This controller is also covered with a prime black coat that protects the motor's housing from rapid degeneration, which is often caused by rusting.
