Product Description
Bosch is concerned about their customer’s satisfaction through their high-quality and long-lasting components such as synchronous motors, chemistry modules, and brake resistors.
The MHD093B-058-NP0-BN model provides high functional stability and maintenance-free operations when operated according to the ambient conditions prescribed in the MHD user manual. The MHD093 synchronous motor can be used under adverse climatic conditions and to provide resistance against chalking and chemical solutions, a prime black coat is applied to the housing of the motor. The synchronous motors developed by Rexroth Indramat are widely used in various automation sectors such as the printing industries, textile industries, food processing industries, and manufacturing industries. A temperature control sensor is placed in the motor housing to control and monitor the temperature of the synchronous motor. The MHD093 synchronous motor is capable to operate at both natural convection and liquid cooling modes. The motor delivers high torque and power while operating in the liquid cooling mode. The power consumption of the motor is 200 – 347 VAC and it generates the continuous power of 1.7 – 4.1 kW at natural cooling and 12.7 kW at liquid cooling mode. The synchronous motor comes in a brushless design and the protection standard of the motor housing is IP65.
The motor MHD093B-058-NP0-BN is extensively used in the international market and a shaft with a key is installed in this model. At 20 degree Celsius, the winding of the MHD093 synchronous motor generates 0.44 Ohms of resistance and the torque constant of the motor is 0.87 Nm/A. The motor is equipped with a B-side power connector and the average operating speed of the motor is 4000 rpm at the maximum permissible temperature of +40 degree Celsius, without derating. The model (MHD093B-058-NP0-BN) can be ordered along with a one-year warranty from Wake Industrial.
