Product Description
The MHD093B-035-PP0-BA is a highly sophisticated industrial motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate as a rotary main or a servo motor in industrial production systems. This motor is unlike convectional industrial motors as it features housing that protects it completely from the penetration of both solid and liquid substances, allowing the motor to operate in poor environmental conditions. The MHD093B-035-PP0-BA industrial synchronous motor in connection with intelligent drive controllers forms a cost-effective automation system that is particularly compatible with machine tools, printing and paper industries, handling and packaging machines, and lots more. This industrial motor is also converted with a prime black coat that protects the motor from the rapid degeneration that can be caused by liquid substances such as lyes, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, and seawater.
The MHD093B-035-PP0-BA industrial synchronous motor operates with different operational characteristics at different motor surface temperatures. At a surface temperature of 60 kelvin, this industrial motor draws an input current of about 10.2 amperes while generating an output torque of 12-newton meters, however it a motor surface temperature of 60 kelvin, the motor requires a continuous input current of about 11.9 amperes while generating a continuous torque output of 14.0-newton meters. The characteristic rotational speed of this industrial motor is about 3000 revolutions per minute; however, at a maximum input current of 45.9 Amperes, this industrial motor can reach a rotational speed of about 4500 revolutions per minute.
The communication between this industrial motor and the drive controller is done through two main types of electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. It is important to ensure these cables are properly shielded and separated from each other to prevent electrical interference.
