Product Description
Bosch is a manufacturer and an international supplier of industrial automation equipment like synchronous motors, supply modules, and inverter modules.
The MHD093B-035-NG0-LA/S018 model is extensively used in various industrial and commercial sectors to develop a cost-efficient automation system. For high operational stability, the motor is recommended to be operated together with the digital intelligent drive controller developed by Rexroth Indramat. The MHD093 synchronous motor is not equipped with a clamping brake to clamp the servo-axis at a standstill and a plain power output shaft is installed in this model. The motor allows easy attachment to the machine due to its B05 flange design with a 130 mm centering diameter. The speed and position of the motor rotor are controlled by high-quality digital servo feedback. The natural cooling mode is used to maintain the ambient temperature of the motor at +40 degree Celsius. A blower unit is also supplied along with the motor for surface cooling purposes under extreme operating conditions. The blower unit can be attached axially or radially. The cooling ribs of the electric motor should be cleaned after a regular interval of time to allow sufficient heat loss via natural convection. The operation voltage range for the MHD motor is 350 – 374 V with an operating frequency of 167 Hz.
The model MHD093B-035-NG0-LA/S018 should only be mounted and operated according to the conditions prescribed in the MHD documentation. At 60/100 K overtemperature, the motor delivers the continuous torque of 17.5 – 20 Nm (at natural cooling) and 26.3 Nm (at surface cooling) while drawing the rated power of 12.8 – 15.1 A (at natural cooling) and 19.2 A (at surface cooling). The number of pole pairs in the MHD093 synchronous motor is 4 and the winding inductance of the motor is 10.7 mH.
