Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a reliable and well-esteemed manufacturer of electrical and mechanical automation equipment.
The MHD093B-035-NG0-BN model reflects the advanced motion control technology developed by Bosch Rexroth. The synchronous motor provides high dynamics when used in conjunction with the controller approved for a digital intelligent drive system. The MHD093 synchronous motor provides high dynamics and functional stability under extreme working conditions due to its brushless design and IP65 protection category. The synchronous motor can perform continuous start-stop functions with high repeating frequencies. The MHD093 synchronous motor comes with an electronic commutation inconjunction with permanent magnets and 4 pole pairs. The winding inductivity of the synchronous motor is 10.7 mH and natural/liquid cooling mode is used for maintaining the ambient temperature of the motor. The motor is designed to operate at the input AC voltage of 350 – 396 V with a voltage frequency of 167 Hz. The model operating at natural cooling mode delivers the rated torque of 17.5 – 20 Nm while consuming 12.8 – 15.1 A of rated current, with a 60/100 K increase in motor temperature. While operating at liquid cooling mode, the motor delivers 33.3 Nm of rated torque while drawing the 24.3 A of continuous current, with 60/100 K overtemperature.
The model MHD093B-035-NG0-BN comes with a B-side power connector and no holding brake is placed in this model. For easy mounting, the model is designed according to the B05 flange design. The coolant (water) is supplied at the flow rate of 1.3 l/min to dissipate the rated heat of 900 W from the system. The thermal time constant for the motor is 20 min for the liquid-cooled model and 60 min for the naturally cooled model. Install this model under the temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius.
