The MHD093B-024-PG2-BA is a new generation industrial synchronous motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate as an efficient source of kinetic energy for machines used in industrial production systems. This controller is produced under ideal industrial conditions; before delivery, the MHD093B-024-PG2-BA motor is tested and certified to meet international quality standards by highly trained industrial engineers. This industrial motor is completely resistant to foreign solid materials; its enclosure is also covered with a prime RAL 500 black coat which offers it complete protection from liquid chemical substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis, lyes, hydraulic oils, and seawater. The protection offered by this motor’s housing unit allows it to operate smoothly in industrial conditions considered unfavourable for conventional industrial devices. The MHD093B-024-PG2-BA industrial synchronous motor is a brushless motor; thus, it operates with high-performance data, high dynamics, and a maintenance-free operation.
This synchronous motor can be directly connected to pinions and belt pulleys as it features grease-lubricated ball bearings that are specially designed for high radial loads. The motor also contains a multi-turn absolute encoder, which provides the controller with digital information about the operational status of the motor in real-time. The MHD093B-024-PG2-BA industrial synchronous motor can be installed into any position in the industry as it contains a flange designed according to DIN 42948. The rated speed of this industrial motor is about 2000 revolutions per minute; however, at an input current of 46.4 amperes, it can reach a maximum speed of about 4000 revolutions per minute. This motor also has a total weight of about 19 kilograms.
The MHD093B-024-PG2-BA industrial drive controller regulates its temperature via natural convection; however, it can be connected to an external fan, facilitating this temperature regulation process.
