Together, these features make it an easy-to-use, maintenance free motor. The service life of its bearings is 30,000 h according to DIN 281. Cooling of the motor is by natural convection and since heat is efficiently dissipated from its stator windings to the outside wall of its housing, it has a high overload capability. The motor with a 093-frame size has a winding code 024 and detects the position of the motor per time using a digital servo feedback encoder system.
Operation of the MHD093B-024-NG1-BA under adverse environmental conditions is possible with its closed design that gives it an IP 65 degree of protection. For its continued, optimal operation, it is recommended that the servo motor be operated in a dust-free zone with an ambient temperature range between 0oC and 40oC. It should also be set up at a maximum height of 1000m above sea level.
