The MHD093A-058-PG0-AN model is one of the leading motion control technology developed by Rexroth Indramat. The synchronous motor is highly recommended to be used in various motion control sectors such as textile machines, food processing machines, robotics, and machine tools. The MHD093 synchronous motor comes with both natural convection and liquid cooling mode. Under extreme working conditions, a coolant is supplied to the motor at the flow rate of 1.4 l/min and it dissipates the rated power of 1000 W. The inlet temperature of the coolant should be kept between +10 to +40 degree Celsius whereas, the surrounding temperature should be kept between 0 to +40 degree Celsius, without reduction in rated data. The MHD093 synchronous motor is not equipped with any holding brake and a plain output shaft is installed in this motor. The shaft delivers the continuous output of 1.9 – 3.7 kW (at natural convection mode) and 8.5 kW (at liquid cooling mode). For absolute position detection, the motor is equipped with an absolute multiturn encoder integrated with digital servo feedback.
The model MHD093A-058-PG0-AN delivers the rated torque of 12 – 14 Nm while taking the rated current of 12.8 – 15.1 A, at natural cooling mode with 60/100-K increase in motor temperature. While operating at liquid cooling mode, with 60/100-K motor overtemperature, the motor draws the continuous current of 24.3 A while delivering the continuous torque of 22.8 Nm. The motor is completely protected against the ingress of dust and low-pressure water effect.
