Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures top-notch industrial automation components like synchronous servo motors, supply modules, and drive converters.
The MHD093A-058-NG2-AA model is one of the leading servo and main drive motors developed by Rexroth Indramat. The motor is a synchronous motor integrated by a 32 Nm holding brake to hold the servo axis during a de-energized state. The MHD093 synchronous motor comes with a natural convection cooling mode and it can also be supplied along with a surface cooling option, under extreme working conditions. The model can take input power from an AC 325 – 347 V power source with 233 Hz of operating frequency. The continuous power delivered by the motor is 1.9 – 3.7 kW for the natural cooling model and 5.9 kW for the surface cooling model. The output power is delivered by the plain output shaft, protected by a shaft sealing ring. The MHD093 synchronous motor is equipped with a standard bearing that can bear extreme radial loads. The motor can be mounted in IMB5, IMV1, and IMV3 mounting position, directly to the machines. The output direction of the motor power connector is at side-A.
The model MHD093A-058-NG2-AA can operate ideally under the allowable temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius and the maximum permissible storage temperature for this motor is -20 to +80 degree Celsius. The MHD motor housing is completely secured against ingress of dirt and low-pressure water jets, due to its IP65 protection category. The maximum operating speed of the MHD093 motor is 3500 rpm and it can deliver the nominal torque of 4.5 – 13.6 Nm while operating at the rated current of 3.4 – 10.3 A. The model is equipped with digital servo motor feedback.
