Product Description
The MHD093A-024-PP0-AN is a synchronous motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to efficiently generate kinetic energy for industrial production systems. This motor features a flange size 0f 150 millimeters and a centering diameter of about 130 millimeters. They generate a high-frequency continuous start and stop operation with high accuracy. It generates a torque output as high as 18.0-newton meter and uses a continuous current of 11.4 Amperes at a standstill and at 100 Kevin motor overtemperature. This motor has an overload controlling mechanism and an efficient heat control mechanism which is done via natural convection. The housing of this motor is also converted with a prime black coat which protects the motor from rapid degeneration that can be caused by liquid substances.
The MHD093A-024-PP0-AN motor has a winding resistance of 2.59 ohms at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and a winding inductivity of 19.3 millihenries with a constant supply of 154.0 volts per 1000 of radii per minute; it also features an output power connections present on top of its housing unit. The MHD093A-024-PP0-AN uses a digital feedback encoder with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder for its fast transmission of positional information for producing effective responses, correcting the position of the connected machine to the required position.
The MHD093A-024-PP0-AN motor contains special grease-lubricated bearings, which helps reduce the friction generated at its motor shaft. Its housing is designed with a protection class IP65 to prevent dust ingression and water ingression. It has an ambient temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and a winding over the temperature of 115 degrees Celsius, which should not be exceeded for optimum operation and long-lasting functions.
