Product Description
The MHD093A-024-PG2-BN electric motor is a high-speed mechanical motor designed by the Rexroth Indramat for producing the required motion for industrial machines. The motor's housing is made of a combination of heat-absorbing materials such as mica, glass fiber, asbestos, with suitable bonding, coating substances, and other materials, which gives it an insulation class F and has a winding temperature of 115 degrees Celsius. The motor housing is finished with a black varnish, which gives relative resistance against non-concentrated chemicals, water projecting with low pressure. The MHD093A-024-PG2-BN has a frame size 093A, a flange size of 150 millimeters, and a center diameter of 130 millimeters. It produces a continuous torque of 12.0-newton meters at a standstill for a highly reliable operation.
The MHD093A-024-PG2-BN motor has a rotor winding resistance of 2.95 ohms at 20 degrees Celsius and a winding inductivity of 19.3 millihenries; thus, it converts excess current to electron magnetic field. It produces a rotor speed of 2000 per minute when a continuous current of 14.4 Amperes is transmitted at a standstill through it and generates a continuous output torque of 22.8-newton meter at a standstill, at the winding over the temperature of 100 Kelvin.
The MHD093A-024-PG2-BN motor makes use of a highly transmissive encoder, which sets a digital interface with the machine on which it is applied for the transmission of positional information and producing feedback response to correct the position on the output shaft. It is designed with a plain sleek output shaft with a sealing ring to protect the internal fluid. The MHD093A-024-PG2-BN motor is ideal for industrial machines that require accurate motor operation over a broad speed range.
