Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides services in developing reliable, durable, and economical synchronous motors, servo drives, and frequency converters.
The MHD093A-024-PG1-RA model is a part of a digital intelligent drive system and should only be used to operate together with the digital intelligent drive system. Only company-approved products are allowed to be used with this motor. The MHD093 synchronous motor takes 325 – 348 V AC input power through its right-side power connector located at the top of the motor. The motor comes with a plain output shaft (with shaft sealing ring) to deliver the continuous power of 2.1 – 2.8 kW at natural convection mode and 4 kW at surface cooling mode. Under extreme working conditions, a 115 – 230 VAV blower unit is placed with this motor to maintain its ambient temperature. The blower can be axial or radial and consumes 39 – 45 VA of power to deliver the mean air volume of 340 – 390 m3/h. The MHD093 synchronous motor uses an optical encoder with digital servo feedback to control its operating speed and the shaft position. At natural cooling mode, with 60/100-K over temperature, the motor delivers the continuous torque of 12/14 Nm while operating at the continuous current of 7.6/8.9 A.
The model MHD093A-024-PG1-RA operating at surface cooling mode, with 60/100-K over-temperature, delivers the continuous torque of 18 Nm at the continuous current of 11.4 A while operating at the characteristics speed of 2000 rpm. The thermal time constant of the motor is 40 minutes for the natural convection model and 20 minutes for the surface cooling model. The peak operating speed of the motor is 6000 rpm and it can perform ideally at the maximum ambient temperature of +40 degree Celsius. A 2.2 Nm holding brake is placed in this model.
