Product Description
Bosch Rexroth deals in manufacturing and delivering electrical and mechanical components all around the world.
The MHD093A-024-PG0-BA model is designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat to provide high dynamics under extreme operating conditions. The motor is widely used as a main or servo drive motor and is only operated with the drive controller manufactured by the supplier. The MHD093 synchronous motor is equipped with a plan rotor (with shaft sealing ring) to deliver the rated power of 2.1 – 2.8 kW at natural cooling mode and 4 kW at surface cooling mode while consuming the rated current of 3.7 – 7 A. The motor can take an electrical connection for the rated voltage of 325 – 348 V and delivers the rated torque of 8.3 – 15.7 Nm at the speed of 2000 rpm. The motor can operate at the maximum speed of 6000 rpm while generating the maximum torque of 44 Nm. The MHD093 synchronous motor can be mounted at the maximum altitude of 1000 m/sea level under the temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius. The model can perform continuous start-stop operations at high repeat frequencies due to its electrical commutation. The motor provides an easy cabling solution.
The model MHD093A-024-PG0-BA is equipped with a standard bearing having a maximum operating life of 30,000 hours and it can bear high radial loads. The model can be used with direct overhung mounting and can be installed into any desired mounting position. At 20 degree Celsius, the motor consumes the constant voltage of 154 V per 1000 rpm and it delivers the constant torque of 1.77 Nm/A. The shaft position can be detected by the multiturn absolute encoder integrated with digital servo feedback. No holding brake is installed in this motor.
