Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a leading firm in manufacturing the latest and advanced motion control technology for various industrial sectors. It deals in providing cost-effective products including synchronous motors, main filters, and braking choppers.
The MHD093A-024-NG1-BA model reflects the latest motion control technology of Rexroth Indramat. The motor is designed to operate under extreme ambient conditions and is protected by the overvoltage effect. The MHD093 synchronous motor can be delivered with a natural cooling option or a surface cooling option to maintain the ambient temperature of the motor. While operating at natural cooling mode, the motor consumes 325 – 333 V of power to generate the continuous torque of 8.3 – 11.2 Nm while operating at the nominal speed of 2000 rpm. The motor operating at the surface cooling option consumes 348 V of AC power and delivers the continuous torque of 15.7 Nm while operating at the speed of 2000 rpm. The MHD093 synchronous motor is specially designed to deliver the maximum torque of 44 Nm by consuming the peak current of 34.2 A, and operating at the maximum speed of 6000 rpm. A plain output shaft is installed in this motor to deliver the rated power of 2.1 – 4 kW and the position of the output shaft is controlled by the digital servo feedback.
The motor MHD093A-024-NG1-BA can operate ideally under the maximum ambient temperature of +40 degree Celsius at the maximum height of 1000 m/sea level, without reduction in rated data. The MHD093 motor housing is completely secured under the IP65 protection category due to which it provides maintenance-free operations under extreme working conditions. The motor housing is painted with a prime black coat and is equipped with 4 pole pairs. A 22 Nm holding brake is installed in this motor and an A-side power connector is placed in this motor.
