The MHD090B-058-NG0-UN is an industrial synchronous motor that is specifically designed for operation in harsh industrial conditions. This motor features a brushless design; thus, it operates with an increased reliablility, reduced noise and for a longer period. The operation of this industrial motor is straightforward; however, persons carrying out configuration, installation and general control operation on this drive controller must follow the instructions stated in the housing of the controller. Failure to follow these instructions can cause the motor to experience a sudden machine breakdown during operation. The MHD090B-058-NG0-UN industrial motor features a flange designed according to DIN 42948; this allows operators to easily integrated the motor into any desired position in the servo system.
Although the MHD090B-058-NG0-UN industrial drive controller is designed with an enclosure that meets the IP65 protection class, operators must carry out frequent cleaning and maintenance operations on the motor to prevent dust build-up, which can interfare with the smooth operation of the motor.
