The MHD Series Synchronous motors are developed by Indramat, Bosch, Rexroth and provide a wide range of motors that generally have certain common characteristics, with slight variations given in their nomenclature, which enable the user to select the best synchronous motor, required for their task, these Motors feature a Digital servo feedback Motor Encoder, an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder. The MHD series AC digital Synchronous motors have permanent-magnets with electronic commutation. They have slight variations in the type of housing, the rotor and shaft characteristics as well the input current and output power characteristics. These are determined by the way they have designed.
MHD071B-061-PG2-UN comes in the Motor Frame Size number of 71 with a frame length of B type factory assigned and a compatible Flange Size. It has a standard 95mm Centering Diameter. The windings of this motor are as per the specifications are given by code 61 factory assigned and it has an internal Digital feedback system along with integrated multi-turn absolute encoder that helps in automatically coordinating the various components.
It has a plain shaft that is sealed with a sealing ring and the shaft key-way is in accordance with specified DIN 6885-1 (with the shaft sealing ring). The motor has an outstanding 70 Nm holding brake which makes it stand out from among the other similar motors.
