The MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PB1 is an industrial servo motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate as a reliable source of kinetic energy for industrial machines used in production and processing operations. This electrical converter is manufactured under ideal industrial conditions, it features some of the latest industrial motor technology, and can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent under normal operating conditions. The MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PB1 electrical converter is designed with a housing unit that provides it with protection according to the IP65 protection class. The motor’s housing unit is also covered with a black coating that prevents direct contact between the motor and dangerous chemical substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkali, seawater, and lye. This industrial servo motor is also environmentally friendly as it does not generate any noise of chemical substances under ideal operation; it can also be sent back to Rexroth Indramat for recycling after its service life has been exhausted.
The MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PB1 electrical converter controls its operational temperature through a combination of natural convection and conduction. If the motor is to be used in special industrial applications that require a continuous start-stop operation at a high repeat frequency, an additional air blower should be fitted with the motor to support the temperature regulation process by surface cooling. The MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PB1 servo motor also features a special internal encoder that converts the speed, position and general operation of the motor into digital signals, which the drive controller can interpret and use to control the motor in real time.
The MDD115D-N-020-N2M-130PB1 electrical converter is designed to be used at an ambient temperature that falls between 0 to about 40 degrees Celsius; however, during transportation and storage, the motor can withstand an ambient temperature as high as 80 degrees Celsius.
