Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is an established manufacturer of servo motors, spindle motors, synchronous motors, brake choppers, frequency converters, drive controllers, inverters, drive converters, and other components.
The MDD115A-N-030-N2L-130GA0 model can revolve at a maximum speed of 3000 revolutions per minute because of a low moment of inertia of 123 x 10-4 kgm2. At 20 degrees Celsius, the model has a winding resistance of 0.13 ohms and torque constant of 0.66 Nm/A. A temperature sensor is integrated between the windings and the MDD115A AC servo motor to monitor temperature and avoid overheating. The motor extracts heat from the housing using both natural and surface cooling and has a thermal time constant of 90 minutes. At standstill, the servo motor requires clean, dust-free, and turbulent conditions in order to operate efficiently and create a constant torque of 28 Nm with continuous current consumption of 42.4 A. The model weighs 33 kilograms and has a 2 mH winding inductance. With a maximum torque of 87.1 Nm and a current consumption of 190.9 A, this low-cost AC servo motor is excellent for a range of mechanical applications. The MDD115A AC servo motor has an insulation value of F and an IP65 protection rating, with additional protection provided by a 40-micrometer layer thickness black paint covering the housing.
The model MDD115A-N-030-N2L-130GA0 has enhanced semantics and a sufficient torque inertia ratio, as well as improved load characteristics, as a result of the stator windings' excellent heat conduction to the exterior wall of the motor housing. The model is equipped with an N-balancing class and digital servo feedback. The model has a plain shaft with a sealing ring affixed to the top and a power connection on the motor housing's A-side (sides are specified in the user manual).
