Product Description
Bosch Rexroth‘s MDD servo motors are synchronous motors that create rapid-response automation systems when combined with the Indramat digital drive controllers. There are nine motors with various continuous torques, speeds, and applications in the MDD series. These motors ensure high contouring accuracies at high feed rates, particularly when they are used for cutting at high-speed ranges. The MDD112 motors are particularly suited for operations that require high precision, like grinding machines.
The MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130GB1 runs a maintenance-free operation due to its brushless design and completely sealed housing. Its motor feedback is digital servo feedback for evaluating the motor's position and speed and detecting the rotor position. This feedback is equipped with data storage capacities in which the motor parameters are stored. There is a plain shaft for non-positive shaft hub connections and the backlash-free, non-positive transmission of the torque in this model. It also has high overload capabilities since its heat dissipation is achieved via natural convection and conduction from the stator windings to the outside wall of the motor housing.
The installation of the MDD112D-N-030-N2L-130GB1 is simple and can be done at any desired position. Due to its compact design, it has a high power-to-weight ratio and is installed in a cabinet. It has a 14.0 Nm blocking brake for a backlash-free holding of the servo axes when the machine is powered off. The housing varnish is a black prime coating that is resistant to weathering, yellowing, and chalky build-ups, as well as diluted acids and lyes. Its degree of protection is IP 65, according to DIN 40050, so it is protected against the penetration of solid extrinsic objects and water. The motor’s nominal speed is 3,000rpm.
