The MDD112D-N-015-N2L-130GA2 is an intelligent servo motor that specializes in the ability to control the motor's position and speed by executing the servo mechanism. This model has an exceptional performance capability in dynamic environments and high-speed applications. The modified design of this motor comes with a brushless design and uses electronic commutation instead. The use of electronic commutations not only assists in high speed start stop applications but also allows the users to utilize the motor’s peak torque at varying speeds. As a result, this servo motor is fully capable of assisting high speed reciprocating motion. The motor can be employed with different types of machinery including roller feeds, nibbling machines, tool replacement machines, handling machines, and punching machines.

The MDD112D-N-015-N2L-130GA2 is provided with an optical measuring system that can measure on a relative as well as absolute scale. This eliminates the need for a dedicated system for this purpose. When using this model, there is no need to install a separate incremental encoder. The DSF system can be used for performing the tasks of an incremental encoder. An inbuilt temperature sensor ensures that the motor’s winding is monitored in real time. This ensures that there is no overheating failure despite the continuous use of this motor.
