Product Description
MDD synchronous motors by Bosch Rexroth are advanced and dynamic and can be used across different industries. They have a unique design and can be used for a wide variety of functions, including machine tools, textiles, printing and packaging machines, robotics, handling equipment, and transfer facilities. These motors are combined with the intelligent Indramat digital drive controllers to create cost-effective and rapid-response automation systems. The use of these motors guarantees high contouring accuracies at high feed rates, especially when they are used for cutting at high-speed ranges.
The MDD112C-N-060-R2L-130GA0 is a motor in the MDD synchronous motor series designed for high-precision operations. It is suited for operations where an extreme degree of synchronism is required, like in grinding machines. Its motor feedback is digital servo feedback which allows a relative indirect position detection on the motor. It has a nominal speed of 6,000 rpm and a centering diameter of 130 mm. This model has a temperature sensor built into its windings, which is used to monitor its temperature and prevent overload damage.
With the balance class R as specified in DIN VDE 0530, section 14 (2/93 edition), the MDD112C-N-060-R2L-130GA0 can carry out more specific functions. This makes it suitable for more demanding operations and servo motors in main spindle applications. This motor is equipped with a plain output shaft which allows a backlash-free and non-positive transmission of the torque. The housing design is standard in construction and design in accordance with the guidelines of the DIN 40050. It protects the motor against contact with high voltage with motor parts, either moving or alive, the penetration by extrinsic objects, and the penetration of water from different directions.
