The MDD112C-N-040-N2L-130PB1 is an Asynchronous servo motor that has a normal rated speed of rotation of 4000 rpm along with a torque combination of 28 Nm while keeping the rotor locked in a fixed position of interest, especially when it comes to robotics applications. At maximum speed, this servo motor has a maximum torque output of 100.1 Nm which is plenty for high torque heavy-duty applications where the load on the shaft is heavy duty and may require higher force for rotation. To keep up with the speed and acceleration adjustments, the MDD112C-N-040-N2L-130PB1 offers a low inertia design where the motor has rotor inertia of 170 x 10^-4 kgm² allowing this servo to quickly adjust the output speed of the rotor.
To help protect the servo motor against various environmental factors that may affect the quality of the performance, the MDD112C-N-040-N2L-130PB1 comes with an IP 65 International Protection rating. The RAL 9005 protection coat on the motor enclosure helps keep the motor enclosure sealed from the environment as it is an anodized aluminum block that may get oxidized and corrode over time, but with the RAL 9005 sealant, this motor will remain protected for a long time even when exposed to direct sunlight.
This AC servo motor has a coil with a low resistance of 0.08 ohms which ensures reduced power dissipation and comes with a winding inductance rating of 0.9 mH for smooth transmission of input voltage to the coil of the motor to reduce spikes in the coil. To further help reduce noise in the voltage input line, the MDD112C-N-040-N2L-130PB1 comes with an EMC capacitor connector to help reduce noise from the supply and to keep it smooth.
