Product Description
The MDD digital AC servo motors manufactured by Bosch Rexroth are advanced and dynamic motors used across several industries. There are different motor models in this series with different degrees of torque and speed. They are designed to be used with intelligent drive controllers by Bosch Rexroth to offer cost-effective and rapid-response automation systems with a wide range of functions. Their areas of application include printing and packaging machines, textile machines, tool machines, robotics, handling equipment, and transfer facilities.
Digital servo feedback is the motor feedback option of the MDD112C-N-015-N2L-130PB0. This allows the relative indirect recording of the motor's position and saves it in the intelligent digital drive. This integrated encoder system delivers high precision because it functions with the optical measurement method. The motor has a nominal speed of 1500 rpm and is suitable for high precision operations where an extreme degree of synchronism is required, such as in grinding machines. Its output shaft is a shaft with a keyway according to DIN 6885-1, used for form-fitting shaft-hub-connections.
The housing of the MDD112C-N-015-N2L-130PB0 allows for surface cooling, meaning it can be used for continuous start-stop operations with a high level of repetitive frequency. Its housing design is standard in construction and design by the guidelines of the DIN 40050. The housing protects the motor against contact with high voltage with motor parts, either moving or alive, the penetration by extrinsic objects, and the penetration of water jets. Its operation should be at an ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C and maximum relative humidity of 95%. The motor should also be set up at a maximum height of 1000m above mean sea level.
