The MDD093C-N-040-N2L-110PA1 is a new generation industrial synchronous motor manufactured by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat for highly dynamic applications such as roller feeds for pressing and punching machines, tool changing machines, metal forming machines, and lots more. This industrial motor can operate smoothly in harsh industrial conditions. It features a special housing unit that meets the IP65 protection class and protects the controller from the direct interaction of solid and liquid substances. This housing is also covered with a special black coating that is resistant to corrosive chemical substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkalis, lyes, and hydraulic oils. The MDD093C-N-040-N2L-110PA1 industrial synchronous motor operates in combination with an intelligent drive controller to form a cost-effective raid automation system.
The MDD093C-N-040-N2L-110PA1 industrial synchronous motor is designed with a special output shaft and keyway designed according to DIN 6885; this keyway helps the motor to be securely connected to the industrial production or processing machine, without the risk of sudden disconnection, it also allows the shaft to support high radial loads. The internal temperature of this industrial motor is regulated via natural convection; however, this can be supported by the operation of the motor with an external air blower which carries out the temperature regulation via surface cooling. This industrial motor is also supported with an electrically releasing holding brake which operates with holding torque of about 11-newton meters.
